Welcome to Our Website

Be honest have you ever looked in the mirror or worse yet at a loved one and thought to yourself that if something doesn’t change a death will occur. The number of people struggling with the demons of addiction not only in Southwest Ohio but throughout our Nation is exploding it is a true epidemic. Victims of the disease will often lose shelter, jobs, family, friends and what seems unimaginable custody of their children. Those fighting addiction ultimately lose everything. The only way to avoid these consequences is to obtain sobriety.

Sobriety is not an easy accomplishment, for one to obtain sobriety they must face their past behaviors and decisions; face the damage of their addictive behaviors, and face a hostile environment based on blame and stigma. There is no 100% way to achieve sobriety, sobriety takes hard work, time, and the support of others. We have created a program with those struggles in mind. If there is an opiate addiction we offer Suboxone treatment. Both a physical and psych evaluation is completed to address any underlying medical/mental conditions. We require individual and/or group therapy with flexible hours as well as regular visits with your treating physician.

We are well aware that there is always a financial concern involving a treatment program. To address this we accept private insurance as well as Medicare, Medicaid, and Molina. Unfortunately at this time we do not accept Care Source.

I want to thank you for taking the time to visit our website, I hope what you have found has been beneficial. Whether you choose our program or another program, we wish you well in finding your sobriety.

Sincerely the Staff of Woodman Primary Care

“I was lost and didn’t know where to turn, felt hopeless. Until I found Woodman Primary Care’s Suboxone program. They understand what I am going thru and they do not judge me, they look at me as an individual person, not just another addict. They have helped me with my addiction and because of their walk-in clinic I have been able to get all of my health needs taken care of in one place. Thanks to them I am finding my way back to me and my family.”

“We must work together to stop this epidemic, it is affecting family and children every minute of every day. It is important to us to treat every person as an individual evaluating their mental and physical health. We treat the whole person, not just the addiction or mental health disorder. We want our patients to be successful by providing appropriate medical treatment, individual and group sessions, physical evaluations.”
